Welcome to "ike Land" !!

Return to Japanese version

 Since September 20,1996

Introduction

Please don't pronounce ike as [ai-k] but [i-ke]. Because my last name is Ikeda [i-ke-da].
People call me Ike, Ike-chan or Ike-san. (-chan stand for a friendship and an affection like -ie in English. -san is a polite version of -chan.)
You also could call me Tecchan because my first name is Tetsuya.

I've been studying English for over 20 years(!) but still I can't speak English verey well. I've been studying English much harder these days so that I can communicate with people from all over the world.
Well, summer of 1996, my little sister married with American guy. :-)
So I've had a lot of relatives in the U.S. now! Isn't it exciting? So I'm studying English harder and harder.

News! My sister had a baby! So I'm an uncle now! -- December 1997
