Surrealistic Tile-flipping Puzzle Game "Alvoune"

Pandaa has released Alvoune. Alvoune is a tile-flipping puzzle game where player flips squares by clicking empty one and makes all empty. The game contains Human Defined mode to play preset puzzles and Randomly Generated mode to play random puzzles for scores. High Difficulty Puzzle Game "Barricade"

Kiyoshi Takeuchi* has released Barricade*. Barricade is a puzzle game where player arranges 12 allows surrounding the panel and makes all of them direct outward. Unique Whack-a-Mole-type arcade game "Headbanger"

Norbyte has released Headbanger. Headbanger is a simple arcade game where player hits 10 keys [A] to [;] to drop heavy objects and defeats enemies that appear from 10 columns. Ken Winograd and Space-Time Associates has released Hang3000. Hang3000 is the newest version of Hangman, a popular classic word game, which is enhanced version of Hang2000. In the game, player chooses the letters used in a hidden word just like as original Hangman. The newest installment includes a variety of categories and words. Apple Posted Expo SF Report Page

Apple Computer has posted a special report page named 2001: A Gaming Odyssey. The page gives a comprehensive report on exhibition and demonstration at booths in the game zone and Apple Gaming Theater of Macworld Conference & Expo/San Francisco 2001 held on January 9 through 12. Also, a short movie rounding up some booths is available.

Monkey Byte Development has released Monster Hunter. Monster Hunter (developer: Contraband Entertainment) is a level-clearing 2D arcade game of new type where player fights against a variety of monsters with corresponding weapons and destroy the spawners of them. The game includes 10 different monsters, 10 unique weapons, 3 boss characters, and 160 levels to play as well as random levels and custom level support. The graphics is classic 2D style but of high quality with impressive effects. Requires PowerPC 604/120 MHz or better, level 2 cache, RAM 32 MB or larger, free HD 200 MB or larger. Simple Board-sliding Puzzle Game "Kognix"

Peterson Trethewey has released Kognix. Kognix is a board puzzle game where player slides rows and columns of the board to rearrange randomly placed balls in a limited moves and time. French Touch Software has released WaterRace. WaterRace is a 3D motor boat racing arcade game where player challenges water races at various courses in the world.
