[Japan] 2D Road Racing Arcade Game "Power GT Evolution"
ORION PROJECT* has released Power GT Evolution*. Power GT Evolution, which is a sequel to PowerCart Grand Prix and Power Rally Special Stage, is a 2D road racing arcade game where player where player drives a tuned car in various location around Tokyo area. It features smooth omnidirectional scrolling, various cars and equipment, and easy operation using mouse. File size is 3.4 MB*. -- GameRanger 1.0b14 (Scott Kevill): Client software for the general online gaming service. Version 1.0b14 supports the hosting of Unreal Tournament Demo, changes the crash timeout, and fixes bugs with auto-updating and others. Size of the net installer is 139 KB (more info). Followup: As of December 2, GameRanger has been updated to version 1.0b15.

[USA] Classic Coin Picking Game "Quarters"
Sperling has released Quarters. Quarters is a classic coin picking game played against computer where two players picks coins alternately from three piles of 3, 4, and 5 coins and one who takes the last coin looses. [Japan] Caesar III Japanese Version Released
Imagineer has released Caesar III Japanese Version*. Caesar III (developer: Impressions Software, USA publisher: Sierra Studios) is the latest installment of an empire management simulation game set in the ancient Roman Empire where player builds, manages, and defend a Roman city and make the career to become a Caesar. Home Town* has released the public test version 0.1 of PuzzleMoovin'*. PuzzleMoovin' is an animation puzzle game like Blit where player matches animated tiles by dragging and flipping them to make a complete picture. It contains 5 animation plug-ins. Carrot Software has posted preliminary beta version 0.7.0d4 of Shapes. Shapes is enhanced Tetris puzzle arcade game with the cyclically moving column and various game options. File size is 282 KB. [USA] Online Card Game "Setback aka Pitch" Finally Released
Freeverse Software released the final version of Setback aka Pitch. Setback aka Pitch is a 4-player card game known for Auction Pitch. Cabaret Software has released BALLROOM Solitaire Volume One. BALLROOM Solitaire is a series of enhanced music CD featuring a unique Klondike card game with theme of ballroom dance. Volume One includes Klondike card game and 13 original dance songs such as Tango, Bolero. The sound tracks are used for BGM of the card game as well as can be played on music CD player. [USA] First Installment of Epic Adventure "The Forgotten" Released
DreamCatcher Interactive has released The Forgotten. Developed by Ransom Interactive, The Forgotten is the first installment of an epic mystery adventure game series that consists of 7 parts of the full-length story. The first installment "The Forgotten: It Begins" was once published on the Web as a online adventure game and has been remade as a CD-ROM title. Set in around 1930, the player explores various locations in the world to search for disappearing archeologist Richard Haliburton and the story evolves into unexpected situation such as discovery of powerful artifacts and mysterious cards linked to an unknown race. The first installment is an introduction of the consistent series in which many important mysteries and questions come up and most of them will be solved in the sequels.
